Who we are
At Embody Studio, we believe movement is medicine. Our classes blend mindfulness, music, and somatic practices to create a welcoming space for every body.
Led by Evonne Bentley and a growing team of dedicated teachers, the studio offers accessible and transformative practices like Nia, Kaiut Yoga, and Tai Chi Chih along with assessable movement forms. Whether you’re new to movement or deepening your practice, you’ll find a supportive, inclusive community here.

Nia
Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance, and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music. Learn more about Nia here.

Kaiut Yoga
The Kaiut yoga method is a floor-based practice that utilizes gravity to unwind chronic restrictions in the joints. It stimulates the joints in long held poses helping regain or retain mobility while diminishing pain, rigidity and stiffness and has a positive effect on the nervous system.
